Owners Property Management was founded by David Gordon, CPM, who created a company which is both reactive to local market conditions and respective of client goals.

Each property managed by OPM is run as a separate, unique business entity and is managed by the on site team with guidance from highly skilled, experienced management professionals. OPM was founded and continues to observe the concept of “bottom up management”, honoring the ideas and hard work of all team members who service our clients every day. Our on site teams are experts at solving management, expense control and marketing challenges as they interact with each resident population continually.

Available to all properties is a wealth of knowledge and experience from our Corporate Support Staff. We have a key group of individuals who each bring a unique blend of experience, technical and creative skills and commitment to service the operation.

Owners Property Management has managed apartment communities in Georgia, Kentucky, Alabama, Tennessee and Texas and has consulted on operations in South Carolina and throughout Canada. As specialists in repositioning and niche marketing, OPM focuses on maximizing profitability without sacrificing quality of lifestyle or service to the residents.
