Pet Policy

Pets are accepted with the following stipulations:
1. No more than 2 pets per apartment.
2. A pet fee of $200 per pet is required.
3. A weight limit of 30lbs at full growth.
4. A vet certified letter stating the breed or mix of breeds and an estimated weight at full growth is required before a pet can be approved. All pets are subject to management discretion. Should a pets behavior become objectionable, you will be asked to remove the pet from the property.
5. A signed Pet Addendum/Pet Policy must be on file.
6. No aggressive or exotic pets accepted.

* Pets will be limited by breed and must be approved by management. No Pit Bulls, Rottweilers or Dobermans or mixes will be accepted.
